Return and Refund Policy

Used or refurbished products may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with the condition described on the product page.

5. Change-of-Mind and Compatibility Returns
If you return an item because:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are normally non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking the product model, part number, voltage, current, software version, hardware revision, dimensions, and compatibility before ordering.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:

7. Return Shipping
Customers must use a trackable and adequately insured shipping service when returning an item.
The customer is responsible for:

10. Order Cancellations

Special-order or custom-sourced products may not be cancellable after procurement has started.

International customers are responsible for complying with all customs, export, and import requirements associated with returning an item.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged during the original delivery are normally not refundable by 360PLCWorld. Customers may need to contact their local customs authority directly regarding possible duty refunds.
